Who is responsible

What is collected
- Your email address and order details when you buy a guide, workshop or other digital product.
- Payment confirmation from Stripe. Full card details are handled by Stripe and are not stored on this site.
- Basic technical and security logs created by the website host.
- Advertising measurement data from Meta and OpenAI (ChatGPT Ads) when you choose “Allow” in the cookie banner.
How it is used
Your information is used to process the order, unlock the products you bought, email your private sign-in link and product updates, provide support, prevent misuse and, if you consent, measure whether advertising is working.
Services involved
The site uses Stripe for payment, Supabase for member access and product entitlements, Resend for secure sign-in emails, Kit for delivery and update emails, Netlify for hosting, Vimeo for training video playback, and Meta and OpenAI for advertising measurement after consent. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms and may process data outside the UK using appropriate transfer safeguards.
Cookies and similar technology
The site stores your cookie choice on your device. Necessary technology supports checkout, security and delivery. The Meta and OpenAI pixels load after you allow analytics. For ChatGPT Ads, the site stores an ad click reference for up to 30 days and passes click and browser references through checkout. With your consent, confirmed paid orders are reported to OpenAI with the order ID, product, amount and currency. You can change your choice at any time using “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
Email and retention
Purchase and transaction records are kept for legal, accounting and support purposes. Delivery and update-email information is kept until it is no longer needed or you unsubscribe. Every marketing or update email provides an unsubscribe option where required.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or receive a copy of your information, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent. Email the address above. UK visitors may also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
