Plain English terms for the AI UGC guide, workshops and other digital products sold by Ryan Collins Video.
What you are buying
Your purchase gives you access to the digital product shown at checkout. This may include an interactive guide, video training, prompts, workflow files, written companion material and future updates described on the relevant sales page. Each current product is a one-time purchase shown in US dollars at checkout.
Access and delivery
Access is provided after successful payment through the private RCV library. A sign-in or delivery link is sent to the email address used at checkout. You are responsible for entering a working email address and keeping access to that inbox reasonably secure.
Your licence
You may use what you learn and the work you create for yourself, your business and your clients. You may not resell, republish, share or distribute the guide itself, its prompt library or its workflow files as a competing product.
The 30-day promise
Use the product and decide for yourself. If it is not worth what you paid, email ryan@ryancollinsvideo.com within 30 days of purchase and the purchase price for that product will be refunded. No hoops.
Tools, links and results
AI tools change quickly. The guide is kept current where reasonably possible, but third-party services, prices and features can change without notice. Some links are affiliate links, meaning Ryan Collins Video may receive a commission without increasing your price. The guide teaches a process; it does not guarantee a particular commercial result.
Availability and responsible use
Reasonable steps are taken to keep access available, but temporary interruption can happen during maintenance or through third-party outages. You are responsible for using AI tools, generated people, brands and client material lawfully and with any permissions required.
